Today I noticed a mist-like vapour in the air at my house. Nobody else could see it. It did not cause any distress other than curiosity. I tried to photograph it but was unable to get it to show up in a picture. I had been awake for three days straight prior to this so I went to bed shortly after. During this time period before I went to bed,, I felt three presences in the house: one was downstairs, one was in the corner of the room where the dining room goes into the kitchen and one was a woman who kept walking up and down the hallway. Of course, I could not see any of these presences but somehow I knew about them. Now I have been awake for longer periods than that before and sometimes I do experience some visual distortions. So I went to bed and slept for about 6 hours awakening refreshed feeling and I did not notice the vapour. It seems like I can almost see something like what I saw but I am having to concentrate too hard to see it. Okay well, scratch that I just noticed it again. To be honest the only thing that scares me about this is that these are all symptoms of delusions and hallucinations.
